RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The following policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you don’t like it, you don’t have to keep it!
If you want to return any items simply let us know within 14 days of receipt and return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days and we will issue a credit for the item. Unfortunately if you do not notify us within this period, we will be unable to credit or replace the goods.
What to do…
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please call us on 01427 811109, or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt.
You have 30 days in which to return any items. You should return the items in their original packaging, whenever possible. (If you no longer have this, please use something equivalent to avoid damage).
All our items are sold on a firm sale basis, as such the school will need to cover the cost of any returns.
If the goods you have received are faulty or damaged
… or they are not as we have described them please call us on 01427 811109 Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm and we will arrange to send you a replacement, we may ask you to take a photograph and then keep or dispose of the item(s). If we need the goods back, we will provide you with a FREEPOST address for your returns.
